She looked at her wrist with aloofness. The magic must have weakened with only a fingertip connecting to Grilvix's skin. The problem was the barrier. She assumed it was because of her close proximity to the man that he was still able to touch her. His grip was rough, but easily shakable with enhancing magic.
"Boring. I don't want to play with you anymore." The crow at her hand changed into an immense club, one that a girl as small as Topaz shouldn't have been able to wield. But with one hand, she swung it at Grilvix, releasing her paralyzing hold on him right after so he wouldn't be able to evade. She snapped his wrist so she could loosen her own.
Immediately after that, she disappeared again but quickly reappeared right in front of the wolf-woman. She looked up at her with eyes as wide as they could be. Her wings were still on her shoulders.
"Will you play with me?"

Xanthia's eyes flicked t Grilvix, and she would have moved to protect him if Topaz had not appeared before her.
The nobody's own violet eyes narrowed, ears flicking high and forward, "Topaz" he growled warningly, clearly the girl did not recognize her...
she allowed the whip to fall loose, end streaming to the ground were it continued to sway and move slightly like the lazy tail of a snake or some other beast, the ground that it touched frosting, and then freezing over.
"you've had your fun Topaz, now, I ask you again, stand down or return to the castle, if you do so I promise you that you will not be punished this time" she growled, baring pointed canines.

"Punished? Why would I be punished?" she mumbled to herself, growing slightly agitated at the situation. She was just playing. Why didn't anyone understand that? Sensing her annoyance, her idle wings began to flutter now, and Topaz continued to stare up at the woman. She payed no heed to the freezing ground, as it failed to hold her interest.
"You're not going to play with me? Why~?"

"Because" Xanthia responded slowly, "I do not wish to wound you, and I do not wish to be wounded"
she took a few steps back so she cold draw the whip up, a slight flick of the wrist and it was wound gently about the other girl's neck, and she could see frost dance over Topaz's pale skin though she knew it wasn't tight enough to cut or choke, merely holding, a warning.
"I don't have time to play games, Topaz" she said slowly.

Grilvix shouldn’t have been surprised at the fact Topaz could lift such a heavy club thanks to her magic but he was anyway. He defiantly heard something go right before he was forced to let go of Topaz. Stumbling back and just barely able to keep his balance he held his broken wrist with his other hand. This was bad, his sword required two hands to wield it and though he could try with one it wouldn’t be very effective.
It would have made little difference though, it was clear that Topaz had beaten him this time around and as long as she was using magic he could do nothing but watch at this point onwards. ‘Damn it.’ He cursed. His physical may have hurt but it was his pride that was greatly wounded today.
“Xanthia. Don’t bother trying to convince her. She wont listen.”

She flinched. 'What is this?! It's annoying!' Glaring up at the wolf-woman, she pulled her lips back and growled loudly. "This is annoying! And cold!" If she didn't want to play, she could have just said so. As much as she wanted to burn the ice away, it was too thin and she'd end up burning herself in the process. Her temper was rising to a dangerous level now; she decided she did not like this beast.

"moonlight is always cold" Xanthia replied slowly, lightly tugging the whip away. "now, I will not play, think of that" she motioned towards the light red ring left by the cold weapon, "as a warning Topaz...and in the future, maybe you will take more care to recognize your leader"
she looked up at Grilvix, making her way over to him, paws light upon the ground though the leaves cracked as they froze over her trailing whip, the light melting over it as if liquid or mere fog.
"are you okay...let me see your wounds...your wrist first" she said softy.

“I’m fine.” Grilvix replied bluntly but in a reassuring way, well his version of it anyway though he could not hide the anger in his voice. A loud crack sounded as the nobody popped his wrist back into place, flexing his hand and fingers to make sure everything was working properly.
He looked up at Topaz once he was sure his hand was ok; his usual frown deepened. Beaten by a little kid. What a disgrace.

She glared at the retreating beast, her features twisting as she pondered her words and rubbed her neck. 'Leader? She's no leader of mine.' Her eyes then shifted to Grilvix, and she grinned wide. She won this fight, and they both knew it. No one could beat her when it came to magic.
She suddenly remembered something, and gave a loud "Oh!" at the realization. Spinning her head to look forward, Topaz stared at the boy, Chousen. Her lips pulled back again in a growing sneer, and she took a few steps to approach him.
"Hi~! Will you play with me?"

“Tch, little brat.” Grilvix mumbled under his breath before peeling back a bit of his bloodied top to inspect his wound. It wasn’t bad but it wasn’t a mere scratch either; he’d have to go give Sharon a visit again. Perhaps he should have kept an eye on the young miss as he did not notice her advancing towards Chousen.
After Chousen’s answer to Topaz plea to play with her, or most probably lack there of an answer, a dark portal appeared behind the servant and a pair of hands reached out. No doubt the hands belonged to Trixstan as they were armed with his weapon. “Sorry but this toy is mine.” Trixstan stuck his tongue at Topaz as his clawed hands wrapped around the boy’s body. The portal behind him disappearing for now as he smiled at Topaz; having to crouch down a little to get to their hight.

She peered at him, recognizing him as the one who injured Chousen and then was scolded by Grilvix. Her gaze dropped to his hands, one eye squinting and the other open wide in an observing stare. With flapping wings, her lips pulled to the side in a low growl.
"Share with me."

Chousen didn't have time to reply, his answer would have been a foreward 'no' but instead of words he produced a small squeak of surprise, writhing for a moment before going limp once more.
Xanthia couldn't help it, she flinched at the sound, loud in her wolfish ears. "your chest is wounded too....I'll help you bandae it later, if you choose, though I don't know what kind of spell that was, you might see the librarian for answers on that..."
she looked up at Chousen and Trixstan, approaching the nobody who held the servant, ears flat against her sky blue hair. "while I don't mind what you all do in your spare time, if I find you harming those who cannot defend themselves, I will d something about it"
yes, she was heartless, but she needed to boy to cook and clean after all...

Trixstan sighed and leaned over Chousen to look at Topaz’s face more closely. “If only you were five years older. We could have had so much more fun.” He pouted before straightening up again, all the while holding onto Chousen. It was quite convenient that the little servant didn’t keep struggling; quite submissive the little guy was.
“Don’t worry Xanny. We won’t hurt him.” The jester reassured Xanthia with a smile before looking down at Topaz again. “I suppose I could share this one time. You are cute for a kid of your age.” He grinned childishly at Topaz.
“Its not as bad as it looks.” Grilvix told her as he placed a cloth over the wound before pulling his top over it again. Yes. He would defiantly go to the library to research upon Topaz’s powers. Actually it would give him a perfect excuse to meet this librarian; he had not seen him around much. “But I don’t think it’s wise to leave Chousen here alone. I’d prefer if we take him back to the castle now.” He firmly suggested as he looked over to the other three.

Her mood immediately brightened at the approval to share Chousen. The expression she wore almost gave the impression that she'd reverted back to her normal personality, but that smile still held a hint of dangerous malice.
"Thank you, claw-man! We're going to have looots of fun!" She directed those last words to Chousen, looking at him with a large grin and happily flapping wings.

Xanthia frowned, "yes, I think so as well" she decided. The nobody she-wolf made her way over to the trio, resting a hand on Trixstan's shoulder, blinking slowly at him. "Please, let go of my servant" she said softly, smiling innocently as she tipped his cin up gently with her whip, holding half the handle and using the half that the 'string' was closest to to tip his head up.
