Why had she sent him here? the first time Xanthia had said a word to the little human in weeks, and it was so that she could send him to this damned place?
Chousen wasn't a fan of this particular world, mostly because it was Xanthia's favorite, though he would never admit that out loud.
normally he didn't mind the worlds that caused his body to change forms, but in his own (oh so not biased) opinion, this world was simply degrading.
besides, why would any self-respecting man...(could he even be called that?) teen... would have found wearing a female's clothing degrading...
not that it made him look /bad/ not at all, the loose silver silk kimono that this world cursed (blessed) him with worked very well for him, the light fabric just a shade darker than his eyes, and decorated with a flock of cranes over one side, and the sash around his waist was a light gold in color.
his hair was down, free to fall around his shoulders, pinned back with a clip light enough that all you could see of it was the baby pink petals of the lilly that was attached to it.
an indignant huff left him as he knelt, yes knelt, there would be no manly bending in this accursed outfit, down to pluck one of the flowers that Xanthia had sent him to fetch a basket of.
they were pretty, a dark navy blue that almost looked black, with flecks of silver and a glowing silver center. he had no clue why Xanthia sent him out for the strange little plants every few weeks or so, all he knew was that if he didn't obey that task, there would be hell to pay.
so, despite looking downright like a woman in this world, he went, though he grumbled the whole time, large silver eyes narrowed almost enough for his lashes to brush his skin. this is what made him thankful that in every other world, he actually looked his gender...

Sure this was an interesting world and there were a whole lot of other tricksters Trixstan could mingle with but this world still lacked something. A certain feminine something. Where were all the pretty ladies anyway.
The green haired nobody sighed as he wandered out of the town. A blue jester’s hat sat lopsided atop his head, the silver bells on said hat jingling with each step he took. His outfit was also light blue in colour, like a long tattered robe. Underneath he wore a pair of navy blue pants and black boots. In his left hand a typical jesters staff that he twirled around out of boredom from time to time.
‘Wait a minute.’ He thought as he saw something out of the corner of his eye. Well from a distance it looked like a woman, no more like a girl. Damn. He finally found a female that’s not decapitated or decomposing and its a little kid. Seeing as there was nothing else to do he might as well go bother this girl.
“Hey there. What’s a kid doing out here all alone?” He asked Chousen not realizing that Chousen was actually a guy. Well can’t blame him seeing as the servant boy really did look like a girl right now.

Jumping ever so slightly Chousen's fingers slipped around the stem of the flower he held, eyes going wide in surprise as he turned his head to face the man who had spoken, picking the flower up again and placing it in the basket. "I'm not really that young..." the servant replied, and while his voice was certainly soft and just the slightest amount femme, it couldn't quiet pass as a female's.
this person looked familier, but he couldn't exactly remember the man's name...

The trickster met with more disappointment as the servant spoke.
“Hey you’re not a girl you’re a guy!” He exclaimed in surprise. “Aww man this sucks even more now.”
This world was being so unfair to him; or so he believed. Well anyone could have mistaken Chousen for a girl even if he wasn’t wearing that girly kimono. He had to be the most girlish guy Trixstan had ever met.
“Wait a minute. I’ve see you some where before.” The green haired jester leaned over to get a closer look at Chousen’s face, taking a moment to search through his memories. “Got it” He said as he clicked his fingers and pointed at Chousen. “You’re that servant Gril told me about. Cho-something right?”

Glaring up at Trixstan the servant nodded, "my gender doesn't matter" he looked away, grumbling something under his breath about 'horny bastards' "yes, I'm the servant" he stated, as if it should have been perfectly clear from the beginning, "My name is Chousen, say it with me, Ch-oh-sen" he sounded it out for the jester before him.
and then he rolled his eyes "someone remembered my name? huh, I should feel honored" he shook his head.

Trixstan smirked. “Heh. Well you certainly have a temper like a chick.” He teased. Payback probably for the horny bastard comment.
“So, Chousen, why are you out here anyway?” It was obvious that the servant boy didn’t enjoy being in a kimono that made him look even more girly than normal so he must have been here for a more important reason. Even though it looked like he was only here to pick flowers. Sure that couldn’t be it.

Chousen shrugged, the movement hard to see under his clothing, and he blinked slowly. "Xanthia sends me out here every week or so to collect these damn flowers" he threw another one roughly into the basket, glaring at it. "I'd rather be back at the castle" he blushed, "this outfit makes me feel stupid, and also, your temper would be no better if you were me" he twirled a lock of hair around one finger, glaring halfheartedly at Trixstan.

Trixstan laughed. “Well you got me there.” He said. “You’re alright kid, even though you’re a dude.”
Picking up one of the flowers the green haired jester wondered why Xanthia would send someone to pick these flowers when there were plenty growing in the gardens now thanks to Sharon. Sure these were pretty but they were also rather dull in this nobodys opinion.
“Whats so great about these flowers? We’ve got better ones in the gardens at the castel.” He stated.

Chousen ran a finger along one of the petals, "she likes having them around during nights when the moon is gone" he explained, holding a hand over one to cast it into the darkness, and the white speckles glowed softly. "you see, the light they give off has the same affect on her as the moon, not as strong, but they seem to keep her calm..." he shrugged, "that's what she told me anyway"

“When the moon is gone?” He echoed Chousen. Well this was something Grilvix forget to mention.
“So what happens if the moon is gone and she doesn’t have the flowers? Does she go crazy or something?” He asked curiously now. Was Xanthia afraid of the dark? No that couldn’t be it. They lived so close to the darkness that they all should be used to it by now. Well Trixstan was anyway.

Chousen shook his head, "nah she's not scared of it, not exactly anyway, you see" he twirled the object between his fingers again, "she feels...a bit open, around this time, her powers are gone and she's only as strong as a human, if that...I heard that through the grapevine though so, y'know, don't quote me on it"

“So in other words…” The trickster thought for a moment for an appropriate reply. Of course this was Trixstan we have here so the word ‘appropriate’ doesn’t really apply to him often.
“She’s like a werewolf. Or maybe a werenobody” He grinned at the most likely irritated or confused look Chousen might give him.
Ah, dear Trixstan. He could be so childish.

"kind of, I suppose, she doesn't turn into a wolf though, if she gets angry she does look a bit different" he shrugged, standing and stuffing the basket into Trixtan's hands. "YOU go ask her yourself, bring them to her, I hate her, it'll give me an excuse to not have to deal with her" he huffed.

Trixstan grabbed the basket as it was shoved into his hands. “Heh is she really so cruel to you?” He said half joking really. In all honesty he couldn’t care less.
“Tell you the truth. I really don’t blame her.” His words may have been cold but that smile of his, that cheeky smile still looked warm and caring. Was he lying just to mess with Chousen or was he speaking what he really thought.

Chousen frowned deeply, waving a hand before crossing his arms over his chest. "so be it, I don't care what any of you nobodies think of me, at least I have a heart" he growled.
and he meant it, he didn't want these, these, BEINGS, disrespecting him, no, h wouldn't have that.
