A hooded figure sat on the beach of destiny island at the edge of the water. Just close enough so the melodious waves could brush over the tips of his toes.
The figure sighed as the waves pulled back once more from his feet. "Still nothing." Her muttered to no one in particular, and then gently tapped each foot with his finger for the umpteenth time that day.
Blue eyes looked up at the setting sun, as black clad arms wrapped around himself. This was not his, none of it was his.... The figure stood up and removed his black hoodie. His chest arms, and hips were laced with scars and stitches, as well as his legs.
The figure walked closer to the water wearing only a pair a blue and slate swim trunks now, and kept walking until he was waist deep. "Still nothing..."

How long had it been? Five, maybe even Six months since he had come back to the castle only to find that still, nothing had changed. He didn’t care about the others though. Xanthia was one of the few he did make a point to speak with again and as well as…
Bicoloured eyes stared over the sand towards the water where the marred figure stood in the water. It was hard to believe that someone with that many scars and stitches could still be alive. Then again, Grilvix knew all too well about cheating death. He used to be, no. He still was a being of the underworld. Though he had lost his heart he would not accept that he was a nobody. However his wounds tended to heal and then leave nothing, not even a scar.
That was all beside the point of him being here though. He wanted to ask what happened but he had been away for so long and had changed so much. Would anyone even recognize him anymore? He didn’t even recognize himself at times.

Grilvix went unnoticed by the figure for a few moments until the slate haired boy turned to look at the mountains behind him. His blue eyes landed on the man in the distance and he quickly took a step back farther into the ocean.
Who was this man? Why was he watching him. He knew he should have never left the castle!
He continued taking steps back until soon his chest was completely submerged. He turned quickly behind him once more just in time to see a wave forming in front of him. He cursed under his breath as his back fragile body was knocked backwards by the wave and sent him tumbling beneath the water.

Grilvix blinked in alarm as Ko disappeared from the surface of the water. The smaller nobody could swim right? Grilvix wasted no time in finding out as he rushed forward, making deep imprint in the sand as he ran. Boots and baggy pants didn’t mix well with water but he didn’t exactly have time to remove his clothing. Where Ko was chest deep Grilvix was more waist deep in the water. He looked around hopping to at least spot a hint of blue hair.
“Maybe it was a bad idea coming here after all” He muttered to himself.

A leg flew up in the air behind Grilvix as another wave rolled over. The force of the waves were pushing him towards shore, at least it was better than farther into the ocean right?
A hand shot out next as the leg disappeared followed by a glimpse of blue swim trunk.
Under the water the male flailed trying to get himself upright, the problem was he couldn't figure out where upright was.... His head was all joggled and he could feel wave after wave pass over him. Could this really be the end he had been searching for.
Meanwhile on the beach, Ko placed a bare foot onto the sand as he looked from his left to his right. "I thought he would be- Grilvix?" He narrowed his eyes and stared at the figure in the water. Could that really be him? He pushed down his black hood of his standard cloak and then dashed forwards. He couldn't believe it was true.

Grilvix turned as he heard a slash behind him, seeing the boys arm flailing in the air. Quickly he grabbed onto said arm and yanked the boy out of the water. Surprise grasped him as he realized that this person wasn’t Ko. Well he looked like Ko but there was indeed something different about him.
“Wait. You’re not Ko.” He stated, rather obviously, as he held the stitched figure at his eye level. What a disappointment, though it wasn’t like he could feel such an emotion but he remembered none the less. He helped the other to the shore anyway; he wasn’t fond of water anyway. “So who are you then?” Grilvix asked as he placed the person on the sand. Then another nobody made themselves present. Bi-coloured eyes looked up and spotted Ko straight away. He stood up straight glad to know his friend was safe he smiled, yes that’s right. He remembered that emotion too.

The boy's eyes were distant, and they wandered as he was picked up and carried. He closed his eyes and enjoyed the feeling of being in the bigger man's arms. Maybe he had died and went to heaven already....
Ko stopped when he saw the figure in Grilvix's arms. "That bastard did not drown...." He dashed forwards once more and flopped down next to where Grilvix had put the boy down. Experiment 2.0 wake up this instant!"
....And that's when he knew he was definitely not in heaven. He let out a groan and then coughed a bit. What did he do to deserve to go to hell?
Ko looked down at the carbon copy of himself and made him sit up while he coughed. His eyes wandered over to Grilvix and he gave a small half bow. "Thank you for saving him."
